Please note that the following Delivery and Returns Information does not apply to orders which are fulfilled by Amazon. If you have any concerns with orders placed through Amazon you will need to contact them directly.

Physical Orders

We offer free delivery on all orders sent to addresses in the United Kingdom over the cost of £25. Orders under £25 cost a flat rate of £3.50 per shipment. We aim to dispatch your product within 2 working days of your order. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery.

If you change your mind and wish to return your order you may do so within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for our return address. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. We regret that the customer is obliged to cover the cost of change-of-mind returns.

Virtual Orders

Orders placed for digital items will be available for download immediately upon receipt of payment. You will also receive the download via email. The items will be available in your account for an unlimited length of time. Please contact us directly if you experience any problems with your download.

Please note that the sale of all digital items is final and cannot be returned; however if the item is defective in any way then we will send you a replacement.

Products on Backorder

Occasionally a product may be on backorder. This usually means the product will be back in stock within a couple of weeks. We endeavour to put up notices with an estimated restocking date once this is known.

Orders with backordered items will not be dispatched until all the products pertaining to the order are available. If you want to receive your in-stock items sooner either place two separate orders or contact us to discuss options.

International Orders

Please note that the use of this webshop is for orders sent to addresses in the United Kingdom only. All international orders must be placed through our international site located at https://charlottemasonbeehive.com/

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item in a damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory condition please let us know as soon as possible. We will endeavour to either replace the defective item at our expense, or issue a full refund upon return of the item. We will cover postage for the return of damaged or defective items.
